Abstract: At present, there are problems in classroom teaching, such as teaching content not constructed. Thirdly, the teaching strategy of "collaborative school-enterprise dual system and virtual-practical and vehicle repair" has been implemented. Finally, the evaluation system of "tripleagent, four-method, three-dimensional" has been developed. The curriculum and teaching reform has achieved remarkable results. matching the job requirements, teaching modes not being able to stimulate students' interests, and teaching evaluation methods not being comprehensive, which result in graduates being unable to seamlessly integrate with employment positions. This article takes the core course Principles and Diagnosis of Vehicle Electrical Systems in the automotive electronics technology major as an example. Based on the "three difficulties", a teaching paradigm of "school enterprise cooperation and job course integration" has been formed. The reform of curriculum teaching has achieved remarkable results, specifically through four aspects. Firstly, the teaching objectives of "understanding theory and creativity, being able to diagnose and repair" have been set. 摘要: 目前课堂教学存在教学内容匹配不上岗位能力需求、教学模式无法调动学生兴趣、教 学评价方式不全面等问题,致使毕业生无法与就业岗位无缝对接。文章以汽车电子技术专业 核心课程车身电气系统原理与诊断为例,基于“三难”问题,形成“校企协同、岗课融通” 教学范式。具体从制定“懂理善创、能诊会修”教学目标,构建“育匠心、铸匠术”课程思 政体系,实施“校企双元、虚练实修”教学策略和构建“三主体四方式三维度”评价体系四 方面实施教学改革,课程教学改革成效显著。
