Abstract: This paper proposes an automated testing scheme based on Python and PyVISA to address power-level testing requirements for new energy vehicle core components. The system integrates mainstream equipment (including Keysight 34980A and power analyzers) to establish a multi-protocol compatible testing platform that is compatible with controller area network (CAN), RS485, etc., enabling streamlined operations for data acquisition, device control, and result analysis validations demonstrate that the solution enhances testing efficiency by 50%, achieves an error rate below 4%, and has been successfully implemented in the development of a 4.5T pure electric light truck, reducing the testing cycle by 50%. This research provides an efficient and reproducible system methodology for core component testing in new energy commercial vehicles.

摘要: 文章旨在针对新能源汽车核心零部件功率级测试需求,提出基于 Python 与 PyVISA 的 自动化测试方案。通过集成主流设备(如 Keysight 34980A、功率分析仪等),构建多协议兼 容控制器局域网(CAN)、RS485 等的测试平台,实现数据采集、设备控制与分析的流程化操 作。验证表明,该方案使测试效率提升 50%,误差率<4%,并成功应用于某 4.5 T 纯电动轻卡 开发,测试周期缩短 30%。研究为新能源商用车核心零部件测试提供了一套高效的、可复现 的系统方法。
