Abstract: In view of the situation where students complete the preset practical content step by step under the traditional practical teaching mode and the practical effect is not good. Taking the vehicle engineering major of Shanxi College of Technology as an example, this article elaborately introduces the current situation and existing problems of professional talent cultivation, and proposes relevant ideas and measures of "1 center+N competitions+3 levels" for the whole-process project-based talent cultivation of the vehicle engineering major's "discipline competition" under the background of new engineering. It organically integrates in-class and out-of-class practical teaching with discipline competitions and has achieved certain results. Provide a reference for the reform of talent cultivation in local applied undergraduate colleges.

摘要: 针对传统实践教学模式下按部就班完成预设实践内容,学生实践效果不佳的情况。文 章以山西工学院车辆工程专业为例,详细介绍了专业人才培养现状及存在的问题,提出新工 科背景下车辆工程专业“学科竞赛”全过程项目化人才培养“1 中心+N 竞赛+3 层次”的相关 思路与举措,有机融合了课内外实践教学与学科竞赛,并取得了一定成效,为地方性应用型 本科院校的人才培养改革提供参考。
