Abstract: In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, and cultivate high-level skilled talents suitable for the new energy vehicle industry, fully integrating the craftsmanship spirit into the new energy vehicle professional courses is an important measure of vocational education teaching reform. This article is based on the connotation of the craftsmanship spirit, analyzes the practical of integrating the craftsmanship spirit into the new energy vehicle professional courses, and proposes countermeasures from three aspects: the internal mechanism of the craftsmanship spirit, teaching mode, and teaching resources, in this way to achieve the value guidance of the craftsmanship spirit for students and effectively enhance students' spirit of craftsmanship spirit.

摘要： 为了落实立德树人根本任务，培养适合新能源汽车产业的高水平技能型人才，在新能 源汽车专业课程全面融入工匠精神是职业教育教学改革一项重要举措。文章立足工匠精神的 内涵，分析了工匠精神融入新能源汽车技术专业课程的现状，针对问题从工匠精神内部机制、 教学模式、教学资源三个层面提出对策，从而实现工匠精神对学生的价值引领，有效培养学 生的工匠精神。
