Abstract: With the deep transformation of the automobile industry, the era of intelligent connected vehicle is gradually coming, and the ability requirements for automotive talents are also increased. "New" automotive talents need to have interdisciplinary knowledge and skills, especially intelligent connected vehicle technical personnel need to meet the needs of composite post ability, and need to strengthen innovative thinking and service concept. According to the different positions of intelligent connected vehicle testing, research and development assistance, maintenance, marketing, debugging, etc., the corresponding post ability demand analysis is carried out. In combination with the preliminary orientation of the Intelligent Connected Vehicle Technology Application major in the School of Transportation of Shenzhen Institute of Technology: based on the intelligent connected vehicle market, it can be compatible with middle and upstream industries (auxiliary research and development, simulation positions, etc.), to fully meet the needs of the intelligent connected vehicle industry, based on the basic hardware ability, cultivate students' software development and testing capabilities, actively adjust the development orientation of the major, and cultivate high-quality talents with the times and innovation. To train high-tech talents for Shenzhen intelligent connected vehicle industry.

摘要： 随着汽车产业的深度变革，智能网联汽车时代逐步来临，对汽车人才的能力要求也随 之提高，“新”汽车人才需具备跨学科的知识和技能，尤其智能网联汽车技术岗位人才更是需 要满足复合型岗位能力需求，都需要加强创新思维和服务理念。针对智能网联汽车测试、研 发辅助、维修、市场、调试等不同岗位，进行了相应岗位能力需求分析。结合深圳技师学院 院交通学院智能网联汽车技术应用专业的初步定位方向：立足智能网联汽车后市场，向上可 兼容中上游产业（辅助研发、仿真岗等），充分满足智能网联汽车行业岗位能力需求，基于硬 件基础能力，培养学生软件开发与测试能力，积极调整该专业发展定位，培养与时俱进、勇 于创新的高素质人才，为深圳智能网联汽车产业培养高技术技能人才。
