Abstract: Under the trend of "low carbonization, information and intelligence" in automobile industry, in order to meet the higher green, energy saving and efficient development requirements of new energy vehicles, this paper discusses in detail about a powertrain domain integration technology with high energy saving vehicle control unit. Firstly, proposes a high energy saving drive torque distribution method and an optimal braking energy feedback model and strategy, which can reduce vehicle energy consumption and improve driving range to a certain extent. Secondly, brings up a powertrain domain integration technology design, which integrates the control functions of battery management control unit, vehicle control unit, motor control unit and high voltage distribution control unit, simplifies the electronic system architecture, and makes the overall powertrain system more efficient.

摘要: 在汽车产业“低碳化、信息化、智能化”的趋势下,为了满足新能源汽车绿色、节能 和高效发展的要求,文章详细论述了一种融合高节能整车控制器的动力域集成技术。首先, 提出一种高节能驱动扭矩分配方法和一种最优制动能量回馈模型及优化策略,可在一定程度 上实现整车能耗的降低和续航里程的提升。其次,提出一种动力域集成技术设计,将整车电 池管理控制单元、整车控制单元、电机控制单元及高压配电控制单元的控制功能进行了集成 融合,简化电子系统架构,使整体动力系统更加高效。
