Abstract: To explore the process engineering field value analysis cost reduction workflow, the article value analysis value engineering (VAVE) automotive industry work experience, through B1B2 paint matching 1K varnish value analysis cost reduction practice, explore the cost reduction optimization point identification, feasibility analysis, goal setting, scheme design, validation, optimization, summarize the curing process, available for domestic commercial vehicle and parts production enterprise process engineering and technical personnel reference.

摘要: 为探索工艺工程领域价值分析降成本工作流程,文章借鉴汽车行业价值分析与价值工 程(VAVE)工作经验,通过 B1B2 水性漆匹配 1K 清漆价值分析降成本实践,探索出降成本 优化点识别、可行性分析、目标设定、方案设计、试行验证、优化调整、总结固化的工作流 程,可供国内商用汽车整车及零部件生产企业工艺工程技术人员借鉴参考。
