Abstract: The battery pack lower box is a key component of new energy vehicles, which can provide protection for the battery pack and support the overall structure of the battery pack, and also affect the side impact performance, driving range and service life of the vehicle. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the main production processes such as steel stamping, high strength steel roll pressing, steel aluminum mixing, aluminum alloy extrusion and aluminum alloy die casting are analyzed. The recommended index table for the design, development and application of the battery pack box is summarized, which is helpful to quickly select a reasonable production process of the battery pack box during the project development. This improves the production efficiency of the battery pack lower box, reduces production costs, adapts to market demand, and promotes the development of the new energy vehicle industry.

摘要: 电池包下箱体是新能源汽车的关键部件,它可以为电池组提供保护并为电池包整体结 构提供支撑,也会影响整车侧面碰撞性能、续航里程和使用寿命。文章通过对钢冲压、高强 钢辊压、钢铝混合、铝合金挤压和铝合金压铸等主流生产工艺形式电池包下箱体的优缺点分 析,说明目前该产品的生产工艺发展趋势,汇总得到电池包下箱体设计开发应用推荐指数表, 有助于项目开发时快速选择合理的电池包下箱体生产工艺,提高电池包下箱体的生产效率、 降低生产成本,适应市场需求,推动新能源汽车产业发展。
