Abstract: As the most important component system in vehicle active safety, vehicle braking device is directly related to the safety of people and property inside and outside the vehicle, which is embodied in the performance and reliability of the vehicle braking system. In order to clarify the various factors affecting vehicle braking and the clarify methods to improve vehicle braking performance, this paper analyzes vehicle braking performance through three evaluation indexes of vehicle braking efficiency, constancy and stability, and makes a comparative study of braking test data under various roads, and expounds the key points of improving braking performance and the application of electronic control system in vehicle braking, so as to improve vehicle braking performance and reduce road safety accidents rate.

摘要: 车辆制动装置作为车辆主动安全中最重要的部件系统,直接关系到车辆行驶中车内、 外人员及财产的安全,具体体现在车辆制动系统的性能及可靠性方面。为明确影响车辆制动 的各种因素,以便明晰提高车辆制动性能的方法,文章通过车辆制动的效能、恒定性和稳定 性三个评价指标分析车辆制动性能,以及对各种路面下制动试验测试数据的对比研究,阐述 制动性能提升关键点及电子控制系统在车辆制动中的应用,提升车辆制动性能,从而降低道 路行驶的安全事故率。
