Abstract: In contemporary society, people pay more and more attention to automobile safety, and the safety crash performance of automobiles has become an important reference basis for customers to buy cars. The front protection beam is a part involving the safety of the whole vehicle, and it is designed to ensure that the collision energy can be fully absorbed during the low-speed collision to ensure the normal function of the electrical components and main components in the front end. Therefore, this paper summarizes the requirements and characteristics of low speed collision, and summarizes the key elements of the design of the front protection beam. Based on the development case of a certain model, the light weight and safety optimization design of the front protection beam is carried out, which also provides a reference for the design of the front protection beam of the subsequent model.

摘要: 当代社会大家对于汽车安全越来越重视,关于汽车的安全碰撞性能,也成为顾客购车 时的重要参考依据。前保横梁为涉及整车安全的部件,在设计时要确保低速碰撞时,能充分 吸收碰撞能量,保证前端各电器元件及主要零部件的功能正常。因此,文章总结低速碰撞的 要求及特点,归纳前保横梁的设计关键要素。结合某车型开发案例,对前保横梁进行轻量化 及安全的优化设计,也为后续车型的前保横梁设计提供参考。
