Abstract: In the actual operation process of automobile detection, it is found that sometimes only through one detection method can not accurately determine the cause and location of the failure, the failure cannot be eliminated, and it brings some trouble to the maintenance. In order to better detect automotive sensor faults, this paper introduces the actual detection method of engine electronic throttle assembly in detail, detects and analyzes the fault of throttle position sensor of 2019 Magotan B8L sedan, eliminates the failure and does throttle initialization, which provides automotive maintenance ideas for the maintenance industry and the teaching of higher vocational colleges.

摘要: 在汽车故障检测的实际操作过程中,会发现有时仅仅通过一种检测方法并不能准确确 定故障发生的原因和位置,无法排除故障,给维修带来一定的困扰。为能够更好地检测汽车 传感器故障,文章针对发动机电子节气门组件的实际检测方法进行了详细介绍,并对 2019 款 迈腾 B8L 轿车的节气门位置传感器故障进行检测和分析,排除故障并进行节气门初始化,为 维修行业及高职院校教学提供汽车维修思路。
