Abstract: As a key part of automobile chassis, the shock absorber is cracked during driving, which seriously affects its service life. Aiming at the rear shock absorber bottom cover cracking problem of a certain model, this paper introduces the background of the problem in detail, the troubleshooting process of the problem, and confirms the state of the fault part through the disassembly of the fault part, welding strength analysis and welding penetration analysis. The failure problem of shock absorber is reproduced by bench test and the cause of the problem is obtained by computer aided engineering (CAE) force analysis. Then the rectification plan is formulated according to the stress situation of the cracking position. Finally, the effect of the improvement is verified. Through the welding strength analysis, CAE fatigue analysis, bench verification and road reliability test, the cracking problem of the shock absorber bottom cover is effectively solved and the rectification plan is quantitatively improved. This paper provides guidance for the analysis and rectification of similar auto parts cracking problems.

摘要: 减振器作为汽车底盘的关键部件,在行驶过程中出现开裂问题时会严重影响其使用寿 命。文章针对某车型后减振器底盖开裂问题,详细介绍了问题发生的背景以及问题排查过程, 通过故障件拆解、焊接强度分析、焊熔深分析,确认故障件状态。通过台架试验复现减振器 失效问题,并结合计算机辅助工程(CAE)受力分析,得出问题真因。然后根据开裂位置受 力情况制定了整改方案,最后进行改善后的效果验证,通过了焊接强度分析,CAE 疲劳分析、 台架验证和道路可靠性试验,有效解决了减振器底盖开裂问题,对整改方案进行了量化提升。 对类似的汽车零部件开裂问题的分析与整改提供了指导思路。
