Abstract: Automobile lightweight design is based on ensuring the performance of the whole vehicle, the design of the vehicle maintenance quality for energy saving. The strength and rigidity of the drive axle have a direct impact on the safety and reliability of the vehicle. There are more clear requirements on the bearing quality and service life of the truck. this paper analyzes and demonstrates the fatigue durability of the whole axle housing based on ABAQUS analysis on the premise of ensuring the strength and safety performance of the light truck. The final 85 mm×85 mm× 6 mm square tube steel plate integral blanking welding axle, which is made of high strength steel QSTE460TM for the upper and lower parts. Under various working conditions, it is satisfied with the strength and rigidity of the axle. The analysis results indicate that the lightweight design of the drive axle is feasible.

摘要: 汽车轻量化设计是在确保整车性能的基础上,对汽车整备质量进行最小化的设计。驱 动桥的强度及刚度对整车的安全可靠有直接影响,卡车在承载质量以及使用寿命上更高的要 求。论文在保证轻卡的强度和安全性能前提下,基于 ABAQUS 软件对整体后桥的疲劳耐久性 做出分析论证。最终定型的 85 mm×85 mm×6 mm 方管整体冲焊式桥壳、上下半体材料均采用 高强度钢 QSTE460TM。在各工况条件下,都满足强度及刚度要求,分析结果表明,桥壳的轻 量化设计是可行的。
