Abstract: The size of the non-spring mass of the vehicle has a greater impact on the performance of the car, and the empirical calculation method is used to obtain the unsprung mass of the whole vehicle in the research and development and design of the vehicle, and the non-spring mass is verified and corrected according to the spring preload force and the weight of the whole vehicle in the real vehicle stage. In order to improve the accuracy of the calculation and analysis of non-spring mass in the pre- development and design stage of the whole vehicle, this paper takes the common McPherson suspension and torsional beam suspension as an example, and uses Adams/Car software to analyze the non-spring mass contribution of key chassis parts, and the analysis method and analysis conclusion can provide a certain reference basis for the calculation and analysis of the unreed mass of a specific model in the R&D and design stage of the automobile.

摘要: 整车非簧载质量的大小对汽车性能影响较大,汽车研发设计时多用经验计算法获得整 车非簧载质量,实车阶段根据弹簧预载力和整车重量对非簧载质量进行验证和修正。为提高 整车预研设计阶段非簧载质量计算分析的准确性,文章以常见的麦弗逊悬架和扭转梁悬架为 例,运用 Adams/Car 软件分析了关键底盘零部件的非簧载质量贡献度,该分析方法和分析结 论可为汽车研发设计阶段某具体车型非簧载质量计算分析提供一定的参考依据。
