Abstract: With the rapid development of high-speed railway, civil aviation, online car hailing and other external modes of transport, road passenger transport market is facing serious challenges. As the infrastructure of highway passenger transport, through analyzing the current problems and difficulties in the production and operation of Henan passenger terminal, the development suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the future development path of Henan highway passenger terminal. In order to improve the dismal management status of highway passenger terminal, we need many joint efforts. Government departments should constantly strengthen guidance, refine policies, guide social capital participation, and support the development of highway passenger terminals in various forms and channels. Local terminal operators need to innovate new ideas of construction and management. Based on the basic function of passenger station distribution, they should expand the multi-business operation of highway passenger station and realize the sustainable development of the terminal.

摘要： 伴随着高速铁路、民航、网约车等其他外部运输方式的快速发展，公路旅客运输市场 面临严峻挑战。作为公路客运的基础设施，通过分析目前河南省客运场站生产经营面临的问 题及困难，提出发展建议，以期对河南省公路客运场站未来发展路径提供参考。为改善公路 客运场站的惨淡经营现状，需要多方共同努力。政府部门需不断加强引导、细化政策、引导 社会资本参与、多形式多渠道支持公路客运场站发展。地方场站经营者需创新建设及经营新 思路，基于客运站集散的基础功能，拓展公路客运站多业态经营，实现场站的可持续发展。
