汽车涂装双色车身产能规划分析

Abstract: Currently most Chinese vehicle original equipment manufactures (OEM) apply on-line two tone production process which means using existing top coat spray and oven line to do the second topcoat step in two tone production. This paper introduces the capacity planning methods and limiting conditions for this on-line two tone process and discusses several ways to increase the two tone production capacity such as new adding mask stations, optimizing the mask and demask process, shipping production and looking for new technology application opportunities, etc. Hope to provide some basis and methods for vehicle OEM two tone capacity planning work.

摘要: 目前国内大多汽车主机厂(OEM)都采用改造新增离线遮蔽工位对完成第一次面漆的 车辆进行遮蔽,再利用现有涂装车间面漆喷涂和烘烤主线进行第二次面漆,从而实现双色车 身涂装生产的在线双色工艺。文章通过介绍双色车涂装工艺流程,分析说明双色车涂装产能 受到涂装车间可改造新增遮蔽工位的能力和涂装车间面漆线整体产能的双重限制,探讨了在 线生产双色车身的产能计算方法和产能缺口解决方法如改造新增遮蔽工位、持续优化遮蔽操 作、基地内驳运生产以及寻找双色喷涂新技术应用机会等,以期为 OEM 双色车身涂装生产产 能规划工作提供一些依据与可参考的问题解决方向。
