Abstract: The metal 3D printing technology has the advantages of no mold, forming complex parts, high precision, short cycle, lightweight and customization. The metal 3D printing technology provides a new manufacturing process for automobile body parts and greatly promotes the technological change of automobile industry body manufacturing. From the perspective of actual manufacturing application, we uses metal 3D printing technology to produce pre-production body parts, and study the strength, hardness, density, roughness, welding performance and cost for the 3D printing parts, and further discusses the application feasibility of metal 3D printing technology in pre-production body parts.

摘要: 金属 3D 打印技术具有无需开模、成型复杂零件、成型精度高、周期短、轻量化和定制 化的优势。金属 3D 打印技术为汽车车身零件提供了新的制造工艺,极大推动了汽车行业车身 制造的技术变革。文章从试制车身实际造车应用的角度,利用金属 3D 打印技术制作试制车身 零部件,研究了零件打印成型、强度、硬度、致密度、粗糙度、焊接性能、成本对比等,并 针对金属 3D 打印零件性能特点,分析了各自应用特点及应用场景,进一步讨论了金属 3D 打 印技术在试制车身上的应用可行性。
