Abstract: In this paper, the heavy truck cooling module wind protecting shield is studied as an object. Using CFD, STAR and CCM+ software, the standard K-Omega turbulence model and the multiple reference frame model, this paper conducts the simulation analysis for the cooling module, cooling fan and the flowing field of engine compartment. Based on different dimension of wind protecting shield, obtain the surface average air velocity of radiator, charge air cooler, condenser in engine max torque point and max power point. Then choose proper wind protecting shield according to the analysis result of the average air velocity.

摘要: 文章以国内某重卡冷却模块护风罩为研究对象,利用计算流体学分析软件 STAR CCM+, 采用 K-Omega 湍流模型和多重参考系模型对整车冷却模块、冷却风扇和发动机舱的流畅性进 行模拟分析,在护风罩尺寸不同的情况下,分别得到在发动机扭矩点和功率点两种工况下通 过散热器、中冷器、冷凝器芯体表面的平均风速,然后根据平均风速的仿真结果,选择合适 尺寸的护风罩。
