Abstract: In order to solve the problem of abnormal noise caused by car seat during dynamic evaluation of road test, through the analysis of seat structure, it is found that the clearance between upper and lower rails of seat frame is the main cause of abnormal noise. The paper analyses the main factors influencing this clearance, which are the ball-matching method of sliding rail, the flatness of the surface connecting the sliding rail with side panel and the flatness of the surface connecting the body with the sliding rail. Through quantitative analysis of these three influencing factors, the optimal ball-matching method of sliding rail, control tolerance of flatness of side-plate connecting rail surface and flatness of lower sliding rail connecting body surface are obtained. This scheme effectively solves the problem of abnormal noise and provides some reference for the development design and quality control of seat frame.

摘要: 针对汽车座椅在路试动态评价时产生异响的问题,通过对座椅结构进行分析,发现座 椅骨架滑轨上下轨之间的间隙是引起异响的主要原因。文章分析了影响此间隙的主要因素, 分别为滑轨配球方式、座垫骨架侧板端面平面度、下滑轨地脚端面平面度。通过对这三个影 响因素进行定量分析,得出了最优的滑轨配球方式以及侧板端面平面度、下滑轨地脚端面平 面度的控制公差。此方案有效解决了异响问题,为座椅骨架开发设计及质量控制提供一定的 参考。
