Abstract: In the case of high load, the liquid sloshing in the water tank of the liquid-carrying vehicle will be very severe. In order to prevent the severe liquid sloshing from affecting the driving safety of the transport vehicle, baffles are usually set inside the water tank to suppress the liquid sloshing. This paper mainly studied the effect of the number of longitudinal baffles on liquid sloshing suppression. VOF method was used to track the free liquid level and PISO algorithm was used to detect the pressure at the edge of the trapezoidal box. Compare the free surface waveform and edge monitoring point pressure in single baffle, double baffle and three baffle trapezoidal water tank. It is found that increasing the number of baffles has a good inhibitory effect on liquid sloshing. That is to say, increasing the number of longitudinal baffles has a good promotion effect on anti- sloshing efficiency.

摘要: 载液车辆中水箱在高载的情况下内部液晃现象会非常剧烈,为防止剧烈的液晃影响运 输车辆的驾驶安全性,通常在水箱内部设置挡板来抑制液晃现象。文章主要研究纵向挡板的 数量对于液晃的抑制作用,利用 VOF 方法对于自由液面进行追踪以及 PISO(压力-速度耦合) 算法对于梯形箱体边缘压力检测,对比单挡板、双挡板及三挡板梯形水箱内自由液面波形以 及边缘监测点压力,发现增加挡板数量对于液晃有着很好的抑制作用,即增加纵向挡板数量 对于防晃效能有着很好的促进作用。
