Abstract: Taking the front longitudinal beam of a electric vehicle as the research object, this paper analyzes the key factors of failure in road test, carries out the road spectrum acquisition using three-component force sensor at the mounting points, comparison of pseudo damage and simulation of the structural strength. The original structure is optimized by using topology optimization technology to meet the performance requirements, while the bench durability test is designed and implemented to verify the effectiveness of the scheme.

摘要: 文章以某型纯电动汽车前纵梁为研究对象,分析了试验场道路测试中失效问题的关键 因素,开展其悬置安装点处三分力传感器路谱采集和伪损伤对比,进行了结构强度仿真。采 用拓扑优化技术对原结构进行优化,使其满足性能要求,并设计和实施了台架耐久试验,验 证了方案的有效性。
