Abstract: With the gradual improvement of the automobile industry and the growing maturity of the market, there are more and more automobile manufacturers, and the number of new automobile industry are also on the rise. The automobile market has entered the elimination race and the new vehicles and upgrading vehicles have been accelerating. Platform and modularization has been a common consensus among car enterprises, especially after the market has generally accepted electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles, the platform design of vehicle not only considers fuel vehicles, at the same time, we should give consideration to hybrid and electric vehicles. This paper mainly introduces the application of advanced vehicle enterprises in china and abroad in the platform, and introduces the development process according to the development experience of JAC in the platform design, and puts forward the decision-making elements of the platform development in the early stage of the platform development: the number of technicians, the level of technical ability or experience, the R&D funds that can be invested, the future product sales, the product price level,profitability, the development cycle, etc, It also studies the relationship between the degree of platform and investment, and the relationship between sales and benefits, so as to provide decisionmaking basis for car companies to design platform models that meet their actual conditions.

摘要: 随着汽车工业水平的逐步提升,汽车厂商也越来越多,造车新势力也有崛起之势,汽 车市场加速进入淘汰赛,车型产品的投放和更新换代不断加快,乘用车开发平台化和模块化 的应用已是各车企普遍达成的共识,特别是在市场已经普遍接受电动车和混动车型后,车型 的平台化设计不仅考虑燃油车,同时要兼顾混动和电动车型。文章主要介绍国内外先进车企 平台化的应用,并根据江淮汽车平台化应用的开发经验,介绍了开发流程,提出了平台开发 初期,平台化开发决策要素:技术人员数量、技术能力水平或经验、可投入的研发资金、未 来产品销量、产品价格水平、盈利能力、开发周期等,并研究了平台化程度和投入的关系、 销量和效益的关系,从而为车企设计出符合各自实际情况的平台化车型提供了决策依据。
