Abstract: The acoustic performance of air intake system plays an important role in vehicle NVH, which affects the driving feeling of drivers and passengers. This paper focuses on the optimization of air intake system of the vehicle. By analyzing the test results of air inlet noise, the acoustic optimization of air intake system is carried out; Then, the acoustic performance of the silencer is verified by simulation and experiment separately, the result of experiment show that the performance of the silencer could meet the target of the whole vehicle. The simulation methods and experiments involved in optimization could have a certain reference value for air intake system designing.

摘要: 进气口噪声对整车 NVH 起着至关重要的作用,影响着驾乘人的直观驾乘感受,进而影响客 户心中的整体评价。文章基于某车型进气系统声学性能优化,通过分析进气口噪声基态测试结果, 建立了有针对性的消声器设计方案;而后,通过声学仿真对消声器的传递损失进行了初步分析; 最后又通过整车搭载对消声器的性能进行了试验验证。结果显示,搭载消声器后的进气口噪声测 试结果可以满足声学性能目标,设计过程中涉及的仿真与试验方法具有一定的参考价值。
