Abstract: Some parts may have early failure during the bench durability test, resulting in test failure, and the associated parts also have the risk of secondary damage. In order to reduce the cost of R&D and test, the test instrument specially used for powertrain system in the development stage can monitor the change of test data in the test process, quickly identify the abnormal points in the initial stage of transmission assembly failure, and accurately determine the specific location of failure through data analysis, so as to ensure that the transmission assembly will not be damaged due to fatigue failure of individual parts machine failure. The results show that: with the help of auxiliary equipment, monitoring and analyzing the data transformation in the test process, the fault can be found early, and the failure parts can be accurately predicted, then the decision can be made quickly, a lot of test costs can be saved and the verification cycle can be shortened.

摘要: 在台架耐久性试验过程中,部分零部件可能在早期失效造成试验失败,对关联零部件也有 二次损伤风险,为降低研发及试验成本,文章通过专门用于处于开发阶段中动力总成系统的测试仪 器,在试验过程中监控试验数据变化,在变速器总成故障的初始阶段能够快速识别异常点,通过数 据分析能够准确判断故障具体位置,保障变速器总成不会因为个别零部件疲劳故障导致整机失效。 结果表明:试验过程中通过借助辅助设备,监控和分析试验过程中数据变换情况,可以在早期发 现故障,对失效零部件进行准确预判,从而快速进行决策,节约大量试验成本及缩短验证周期。
