Abstract: In order to analyze the problem of battery heat dissipation, the serial and parallel heat dissipation methods are compared by using the finite element simulation method. Firstly, the heat generation reasons of lithium battery are analyzed, and its heat generation characteristics are researched. Then, for a certain lithium-ion battery, the finite element simulation software Fluent is used to simulate the serial and parallel air-cooled heat dissipation modes. The results show that the heat dissipation of the battery is relatively uniform during serial ventilation and the battery near the air inlet and outlet has good heat dissipation effect. In parallel ventilation and heat dissipation, the heat dissipation effect increases gradually, and it is better when the battery is close to the outlet.

摘要: 为了分析电池散热问题,文章采用有限元仿真的方法,对串行和并行两种散热方式进行对 比方针研究。首先分析了锂电池产热原因,对其产热特性进行了研究。然后针对某款锂离子电池, 使用有限元仿真软件 Fluent,对串行和并行的两种风冷散热模式进行模拟仿真研究。结果表明:串 行通风散热时电池散热比较均匀,靠近进出风口的电池散热效果较好;并行通风散热时散热效果 逐渐递增,越靠近出风口的电池散热效果越好。
