Abstract: According to the functional requirements of light passenger cars, the geometric dimensions of the whole vehicle are different from those of passenger cars, and the chassis performance is quite different. Therefore, the chassis performance of light bus is more and more concerned by chassis engineers and in-depth research. In this paper, taking the development of chassis performance of a light bus as an example, the matching and adjustment of handling stability, ride comfort and steering performance are studied. By means of subjective evaluation and experimental verification, the matching and adjustment of chassis performance are carried out to optimize the vehicle handling stability and ride performance.

摘要: 根据轻型客车的功能需要,整车几何尺寸与乘用车有所不同,底盘性能也存在较大差异, 所以轻型客车的底盘性能越来越受到底盘工程师的关注和深入研究。文章结合轻型客车车型的特 点,以某轻型客车底盘性能开发为例,在操纵稳定性、平顺性和转向性能匹配和调校方面进行研 究。通过主观评价和试验验证的手段进行底盘性能的匹配和调校,使车辆操纵稳定性和平顺性能 达到最优。
