Abstract: The slip rate is a critical parameter for evaluating vehicle braking safety performance. To address the problem of absence of standardized methods and devices for the direct calibration of slip rate testers in China, this paper designs a standard slip rate calibration device capable of directly calibrating slip rate testers. Firstly, the design principles of the standard device are introduced. Next, the parameter-setting process during calibration is systematically analyzed. Subsequently, the experimental results undergo uncertainty evaluation to verify the device's reliability and accuracy. Finally, the device is used to test different models of slip rate testers. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed standard slip rate calibration device fully meets the calibration requirements for slip rate testers. Compared with traditional speed-traceable indirect calibration methods, the standard slip rate device offers significant advantages, including simpler operation, higher efficiency, and comprehensive performance evaluation of the testers. This provides a new technical approach for the metrological traceability of slip rate testers.

摘要: 滑移率是评价车辆制动安全性能的一项重要指标。针对国内没有直接校准滑移率测试 仪的标准方法和装置的问题,文章设计了一种能够对滑移率测试仪进行直接校准的标准滑移 率装置。首先,介绍标准装置的设计原理,再系统分析校准过程中的参数设置过程;然后对 实验测试结果进行不确定度评定,验证装置的可靠性和准确性;最后使用该装置对不同型号 滑移率测试仪进行实验。实验结果表明,设计的标准滑移率装置完全满足滑移率测试仪的校 准需求。与传统溯源至速度的间接校准方式相比,标准滑移率装置具有操作简便、效率高、 能全面评估测试仪性能等显著优势,为滑移率测试仪的量值溯源提供了新的技术途径。
