Abstract: Light-duty trucks are the main force in urban distribution, and their electrification process is the key to the low-carbon transformation of urban logistics. Charging light trucks have three major problems: slow charging, short range, and high cost, which severely restrict the large-scale promotion. However, battery swapping light trucks can simultaneously solve the problems of charging, range, and cost, and are the key to breaking the deadlock. This article conducts a systematic study on the matching design of the vehicle, battery, and battery swap station, and through comparative analysis and experimental verification methods, concludes that the single-pack fully automatic battery swapping system has more packs than the conventional battery swapping system, and the swapping efficiency can be increased by 50%, and the construction cost can be reduced by 50%. This is the current optimal battery swapping solution for light trucks. The solution is highly innovative and practical.

摘要: 轻卡车型是城市配送的主力,其电动化进程是城市物流低碳转型的关键。充电轻卡存 在补能慢、续航短、成本高三大痛点,严重制约规模化推广。而换电轻卡可同时解决补能、 续航以及成本问题,是破局关键。文章通过系统研究整车、动力电池、换电站三要素的匹配 设计,并通过对比分析和试验验证的方法,得出单包全自动换电较多包换电系统,换电效率 可提升 50%,建站成本可下降 50%的结论,是当前最优的轻卡换电方案。方案具有较强的创 新性和实用性。
