Abstract: The bump stop is a critical component in the passenger car suspension system, significantly influencing ride and handling. Starting with an analysis of the suspension elastic characteristics, this paper introduces the structure of the bump stop, its force conditions, and the decomposition of forces. From the perspective of modular development, it describes the method of designing bump stops using computational and simulation approaches. Following this method, the bump stop was designed and validated, proving the effectiveness of the design approach. The research has certain engineering practice value and provides reference ideas for related fields.

摘要: 缓冲块是乘用车悬挂系统中的关键部件,对车辆的乘坐舒适性和操控性能具有重要影 响。文章首先分析悬挂系统的弹性特性,进而介绍缓冲块的结构组成、受力工况及受力分解 原理。基于模块化开发理念,文章阐述了运用计算仿真方法进行缓冲块设计的技术路线,通 过该方法设计并验证缓冲块后,充分证明了该设计方案的有效性。该研究具有一定的工程实 践价值,为相关领域提供了具有参考意义的思路。
