Abstract: With the advancement of vocational education reform, teaching measures and educational models marked by industry-education integration and school enterprise cooperation have received widespread attention. Based on this background, this article starts from the perspective of the industry education integration community, taking the intelligent connected vehicle major in vocational colleges as the research object, and constructs an innovative talent training model of "three elements (school, enterprise, industry), three loops (theory, practical training, practice), and three levels (students, apprentices, employees)". By optimizing the curriculum system, innovating project-based teaching methods, and strengthening step-by-step practical training, the deep integration and complementary advantages of school enterprise industry resources have been achieved. This model significantly enhances students' technical skills and innovation abilities, providing a replicable practical solution for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents in the field of intelligent connected vehicles.

摘要: 随着职业教育改革的推进,以产教融合、校企合作为标志的教学举措和育人模式受到 人们的普遍关注。文章基于这一背景,从产教融合共同体的视角入手,以职业院校智能网联 汽车专业为研究对象,构建了“三元(学校、企业、行业)三环(理论、实训、实践)三阶 (学生、学徒、员工)”创新人才培养模式。通过优化课程体系、创新项目化教学方法、强化 阶梯式实践训练,实现了校企行业资源的深度融合与优势互补。该模式显著提升了学生的技 术技能水平和创新能力,为智能网联汽车领域的技术技能人才培养提供了可复制的实践方案。
