基于 V 流程的飞行汽车零部件安全性能 仿真与测试研究

Abstract: To achieve the full-process development of the safety performance of the body limit system of flying cars, this article takes the panel lock as the object and establishes a V-process full-process development method. Firstly, the design goals are sorted out from the vehicle to the system and then to the component. Secondly, the dynamic load performance from the vehicle to the system and then to the component is decomposed layer by layer by using the simulation analysis method. Finally, the component-level dynamic load test is innovatively completed by using the fatigue testing machine and curve fitting method, thus realizing the safety performance experimental verification from the component to the system and then to the vehicle level. According to the test results, the effectiveness of the V-process development method for the safety performance of innovative products proposed in this article is verified, and the gap of component-level dynamic load testing is also filled.

摘要: 为实现飞行汽车的机身限位系统这一创新机构的安全性能的全流程开发,文章以其中的 围板锁为对象,建立了 V 流程的全流程开发方法。首先,从整车到系统再到部件,梳理了设 计目标;其次,采用仿真分析方法逐层分解了从整车到系统再到部件的动载荷性能;最后, 采用疲劳试验机和曲线拟合方法创新地完成了部件级动载荷测试,从而实现了部件到系统再 到整车级的安全性能实验验证。根据测试结果验证了文章在创新产品的安全性能的 V 流程开 发方法的有效性,也填补了部件级动载荷测试的空缺。
