“四链融合”背景下的智能网联汽车应用型 研究生培养模式的探索与实践

Abstract: In response to the talent demand for the development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry, this paper analyzes the problems faced by the cultivation of application-oriented graduate under the background of "four-chain integration", such as inadequate understanding, insufficient curriculum system reconstruction, and insufficient cultivation of practical and innovative abilities. Then, this study explores a new model of "four-stage" collaborative practice education and cultivation, which has achieved good results and provided useful reference for deepening the reform of the application-oriented graduate cultivation for intelligent connected vehicle.

摘要: 针对智能网联汽车行业发展对人才的需求,文章分析了“学科链、专业链、产业链、 创新链”融合背景下,智能网联汽车应用型研究生培养面临的认识不到位、课程体系重构不 充分、实践与创新能力培养不足的问题。同时,探索了“四阶式”协同实践育人培养新模式, 取得了较好的成效,为深化智能网联汽车应用型研究生培养改革提供了有益参考。
