Exploration under the Collaborative Concept of the Construction of Ideological and Political Teaching Team for Vehicle Engineering Major Curriculum -Take the Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao as an Example

协同理念下的车辆工程专业课程思政教学 团队建设探索 ——以东北大学秦皇岛分校为例

Abstract: In response to issues such as insufficient ideological and political competence among teachers, the "two-skins" and "forced integration" in the curriculum ideology and politics within the Vehicle Engineering major, Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao adopts "collaboration" as the core concept and a "vehicle engineering+ideology and politics" model. It transformes a singlecurriculum team into a "bidirectional integrated team", which is subsequently upgrades into an "educational community". Through this two-phase team "evolution", an efficient interdisciplinary teaching team construction model for curriculum ideology and politics is developed. Practice has demonstrated that this model, through systematic collective lesson planning, collaborative teaching design, and team teaching and so on methods, effectively explores ideological and political elements within the major curriculum and integrates them organically into classroom instruction. The study successfully addresses the "two-skins" difficult problem between ideological and political education and major teaching, achieving alignment and synchronization between major curriculums and ideology and politics curriculums. It significantly enhances the comprehensive competence of major teachers in integrating ideology and politics into the curriculum, providing a valuable reference for the construction of teaching teams in engineering majors curriculum ideology and politics.

摘要: 针对车辆工程专业课程思政教育中存在的教师思政能力不强、“两张皮”“硬融入”等 问题,东北大学秦皇岛分校以“协同”为核心理念,以“车辆+思政”为模式,将单一课程团 队发展为“双向融合式”团队,进而升级为“育人共同体”,通过两次团队“蝶变”,探索出 了一种高效的跨专业课程思政教学团队建设模式。实践表明,该模式通过系统化的集体备课、 协同教案设计及双师同堂授课等方法,深入挖掘专业课程中的思政元素,并在课堂教学中进 行了有机融入。研究有效解决了思政教育与专业教学“两张皮”的难题,实现了专业课与思 政课的同向同行;显著提升了专业教师的课程思政综合能力,为工程类专业课程思政团队建 设提供了借鉴。
