Abstract: Flexible hoses, as components of automotive parts, are important for absorbing engine vibrations. Within the industry, they exhibit diverse structures, leading to significant variations in performance and price. Moreover, different structures play distinct roles in commercial vehicles, passenger cars, mining vehicles, and other off-road transport vehicles. This article mainly introduces the mainstream structural types of exhaust metal flexible hoses in the current vehicle industry, briefly analyzes the service characteristics and application scopes of various solutions, clarifies that different structural flexible hoses have distinct focuses in terms of application scenarios, and provides practical references for the design of exhaust system components in various types of vehicles.

摘要: 汽车零部件中的挠性软管是吸收发动机振动的重要部件,行业内结构多样,性能及价 格差异较大,且不同结构在商用车、乘用车、矿山车辆等非道路运输车辆中的作用各不相同。 文章主要介绍当前整车行业内排气金属挠性软管的主流结构类型,简要分析多种不同方案的 使用特性及其适用范围,明确不同结构挠性软管的适配场景各有侧重,为各类车辆排气系统 的零部件设计提供实用借鉴。
