Abstract: Under the background of the times when small batch and more varieties have become the mainstream production mode of heavy truck manufacturing industry, the drawbacks of traditional personnel allocation are prominent. This paper through the optimization research of personnel allocation based on workload analysis, accurately quantifies the workload of each station, and determines the reasonable number of personnel according to the proportion of vehicle types, so as to achieve accurate personnel allocation. At the same time, it is combined with the modularization promotion strategy, from the main line modularization, parts assembly shop modularization to supplier material modularization, pull through the entire supply chain, reduce logistics costs, improve production efficiency.

摘要: 在小批量多品种成为重卡制造行业主流生产模式的时代背景下,传统人员配置方式弊 端凸显。文章通过基于工作量分析的人员配置优化研究,精确量化各工位工作量,结合车型 占比确定合理人员数量,实现人员精准配置。同时配合模块化推进策略,从主线模块化、零 部件分装车间模块化到供应商物料模块化,拉通整个供应链,减少物流成本,提高生产效率。
