Abstract: To fully leverage the construction of modern automotive industry colleges and integrate the concept of modern industry college construction into the entire process of talent cultivation, a new model of talent cultivation is innovated to further ensure the quality of automotive applicationoriented talent. Through the approach of "bringing enterprises into education", in-depth exploration and research have been conducted in aspects such as the reform of the "3+1" talent cultivation model, dynamic optimization of the curriculum system through school-enterprise cooperation, multi-disciplinary integration, construction of a high-level teaching staff, school-enterprise joint talent cultivation management mechanism, internship and training bases, and the construction of a production-academia-research-application platform. Certain research achievements have been obtained, further implementing the construction of modern industry colleges and effectively avoiding problems in traditional cultivation methods such as the disconnection between the curriculum system and production reality, insufficient practical teaching, single talent cultivation, and lack of management systems. Through deepening the practice of industry college construction, the talent cultivation positioning of automotive-related majors becomes clearer, and the quality of talent cultivation is further improved, ultimately achieving further application, promotion, and demonstration.

摘要： 为充分依托现代汽车产业学院建设，将现代产业学院建设理念融入人才培养全过程， 创新人才培养新模式，进一步保证汽车类应用人才培养质量。通过“引企入教”的方式，在 “3+1”人才培养模式改革、校企合作动态优化课程体系、多学科交叉融合、高水平教师队伍 建设、校企联合人才培养管理机制、实习实训基地、产-学-研-用平台建设方面进行了深入的 探索研究，并取得了一定的研究成果，进一步把现代产业学院的建设落到实处，有效避免了 传统的培养方式存在如课程体系与生产实际脱节、实践教学不足、人才培养单一、管理制度 欠缺等问题。通过深化产业学院建设实践，使汽车类专业人才培养定位更加清晰，培养质量 进一步提升，最终可得到进一步的应用推广示范。
