Abstract: To address the issue of commercial vehicles being prone to rollover under lateral disturbances, this paper analyzes vehicle dynamic data (such as acceleration, angular velocity, roll angle, etc.) to monitor the vehicle state in real time. A vehicle model is established in a dynamic simulation environment, and a vehicle rollover warning system is developed based on the vehicle's centerof-mass sideslip angle, the lateral-load transfer rate (LTR), and the time to rollover warning (TTRW) according to the rollover boundary tested. Considering driver habits, a two-stage warning mode using indicator lights and buzzers is adopted to establish the vehicle rollover warning system model. Simulation results demonstrate that the fully loaded vehicle can trigger the indicator light warning more than 1 s in advance and activate the buzzer more than 0.5 s in advance, while avoiding frequent false alarms. This lays the foundation for subsequent vehicle lateral stability control.

摘要： 针对载货车辆在侧向干扰下容易侧翻的问题，文章通过分析车辆动态数据（如加速度、 角速度、侧倾角等）实时监测车辆状态，在动力学仿真环境中建立车辆模型，根据测试中的 车辆侧翻边界，制定基于车辆质心侧偏角及横向载荷转移率（LTR）和侧翻预警时间（TTRW） 的车辆侧翻预警系统。文章考虑驾驶员习惯，采用指示灯报警及蜂鸣器报警相结合的两次报 警模式，建立车辆侧翻预警系统模型，仿真验证结果表明该模型在车辆满载情况下可提前 1 s 以上触发指示灯报警，提前 0.5 s 以上启动蜂鸣器，且避免频繁误报，为后续车辆横向稳定性 控制奠定了基础。
