融合“1+X”证书的课程改革与实践 ——以汽车电气控制系统及检修课程为例

Abstract: Against the backdrop of higher vocational education reform, the integration paths of the "1+X" certificate system is explored into the curriculum of automotive majors. By analyzing the characteristics of the course Automotive Electrical Control System and Maintenance, a curriculum reconstruction plan of "integration of courses and certificates" is proposed. In accordance with the principles of authenticity, systematicness, and progression, the content of the "1+X" certificate is integrated into the content of the professional courses. Teaching projects based on the work process are designed, teaching methods combining virtual and real elements are innovated, and an evaluation system of "process-oriented and diversified assessment" is established. Practices have shown that this model can enhance students' vocational skills and comprehensive qualities. The acquisition rate of the "1+X" certificate among students has significantly increased. During internships and employment in enterprises, students can quickly adapt to the requirements of their jobs, complete work tasks independently, and the quality of talent cultivation has been effectively guaranteed. It has cultivated high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of industrial upgrading.

摘要: 文章以高职教育改革为背景,探讨“1+X”证书制度在汽车类专业课程中的融合路径。 通过分析汽车电气控制系统及检修课程特点,提出“课证融合”的课程重构方案,按照真实 性、系统性、递进性的原则将“1+X”证书内容融入专业课程内容中,设计基于工作过程的 教学项目,创新虚实结合的教学方法,并建立过程化与多元化考核评价体系。实践表明,该 模式能够提升学生的职业技能和综合素质,学生“1+X”证书获取率明显提升,在企业实习 和就业过程中,学生能够快速适应工作岗位的要求,独立完成工作任务,人才培养质量也得 到了有效保障,培养了符合产业升级需求的高素质技术技能人才。
