Abstract: New energy and intelligent connected vehicle, as breakthroughs in leading the transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry, have become internationally recognized directions for the future development of the automotive industry. In order to cultivate high-quality composite talents with strong engineering practice ability and innovation ability that meet the needs of the automotive industry, this paper is guided by the concepts of engineering education professional certification and deep integration of industry and education, guided by the goal of cultivating application-oriented talents that meet the needs of the "New Four Modernizations" of automotive,guided by the improvement of students' ability to solve complex engineering problems and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability, with the reconstruction of the talent training system as the core, the construction of practical teaching platforms and faculty teams, as well as curriculum teaching reform as the breakthrough point, the quality monitoring of talent training as the means, and the collaborative education mechanism as the guarantee, explore and practice the talent training mode of new energy intelligent connected vehicle. By enriching the theoretical system of application-oriented talent training mode construction centered on students and oriented towards industrial development, provides certain reference value for talent cultivation of similar majors in other universities.

摘要: 新能源智能网联汽车作为引领汽车产业转型升级的突破口,已成为国际公认的汽车产 业未来发展方向。为培养适应汽车产业需要的工程实践能力、创新能力强的高素质复合型人 才,文章以工程教育专业认证和产教深度融合等理念为指引、培养适应汽车“新四化”需求 的应用型人才为目标引领、学生解决复杂工程问题能力提升和创新创业能力培养为导向、人 才培养体系重构为核心、实践教学平台和师资队伍建设以及课程教学改革为突破口、人才培 养质量监控为手段、协同育人机制为保障,对新能源智能网联汽车人才培养模式进行探索和 实践。以丰富以学生为中心、面向产业发展的应用型人才培养模式建设的理论体系,为其他 高校类似专业的人才培养提供一定的参考价值。
