Abstract: The automotive industry is accelerating its transformation towards "electrification, intelligence, connectivity and sharing", which not only makes the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents increasingly urgent, but also poses new challenges and higher requirements for vocational education in the automotive field. The article deeply integrates education with industry to cultivate talents who possess both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which can better adapt to the demands of industrial upgrading. At the same time, by drawing on the model of the sinogerman advanced vocational education cooperation project (SGAVEE), the construction of industryeducation integration courses has been carried out, ensuring that educational achievements are closely aligned with industrial demands. This is conducive to further promoting the innovative development of vocational education and providing strong talent support for the transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry.

摘要: 汽车产业向“电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化”加速转型,不仅对高素质技术技能 人才的需求日益迫切,也对汽车领域职业教育提出了新的挑战和更高的要求。文章将教育与 产业深度融合,培养既具备理论知识又拥有实践技能的人才,能够更好地适应产业升级需求。 同时,借鉴中德先进职业教育合作项(SGAVEE)模式,进行产教融合课程构建,确保了教 育成果与产业需求紧密对接,有利于进一步推动职业教育的创新发展,为汽车产业的转型升 级提供强有力的人才支撑。
