Abstract: CMF design is an important part of commercial vehicle modeling design. Through the reasonable coordination of color, materials, surface treatment technology and modeling, it endows the product with artistic beauty and sense of quality, and influences the driving and riding experience from multiple senses such as vision, smell and touch, providing higher added value for the product. This article will introduce the CMF design process from the perspective of commercial vehicle interior design, and focus on the methods color, material and surface treatment process design in interior, as well as the precautions during the sample development process, to improve the development efficiency and product quality of the interior of commercial vehicle. It analyzes several future trends in the CMF design of commercial vehicle interiors: the application of new materials, family-style design, the incorporation of Chinese elements, artificial intelligence (AI) assisted design, and a unified design style, providing references for future design and research in the CMF of commercial vehicle interiors.

摘要： CMF 设计是商用车造型设计的重要环节，其通过色彩、材料、表面处理工艺与造型的 合理协调，赋予产品艺术美感与品质感，从视觉、嗅觉、触觉等多重感官影响驾驶与乘坐体 验。文章从色彩设计、材料选型、表面处理工艺、样板开发及样车验证等多方面，详述了商 用车内饰 CMF 设计流程及提高内饰 CMF 开发效率和质量的相关技术要求。在此基础上进一 步指出了新材料应用、家族化设计、中国化元素运用、人工智能（AI）辅助设计及统一设计 风格等未来趋势，为商用车内饰 CMF 开发行业解决当下相关共性问题及发展提供了参考。
