Power Matching Analysis Based on Typical Working Conditions of Standard-Load Transportation Market

基于标载运输市场典型工况的动力匹配分析

Abstract: To address the significant discrepancy in road characteristics between current regulatory operating conditions and customers' actual operating conditions, this paper proposes a forward development method for vehicle power matching based on customers' actual operating conditions. Taking the standard-load transport tractor as the research object, it analyzes the characteristics of the vehicle's actual operating conditions, constructs typical operating condition road spectra for its segmented market, and simultaneously conducts forward demonstration to determine key parameters of the power system, including engine displacement, peak torque, rated power, and transmission ratio. Using simulation software, a vehicle dynamics simulation model is built. From the perspective of key performance indicators such as vehicle fuel consumption and power performance, forward demonstration is carried out for different powertrain matching schemes, and the optimal power configuration solution for the standard-load transport segmented market is finally proposed Continuous tracking and verification of market-operated vehicles show that the target vehicles with large horsepower+small speed ratio configuration have a fuel consumption reduction of 1.89 L per 100 km compared with other vehicles on the same route, and a single vehicle reduces carbon emissions by 5.34 t per year, achieving remarkable energy-saving and emission-reduction effects.

摘要: 针对当前法规工况与客户实际运行工况在道路特征上存在较大差异的问题,文章提出 一种基于客户实际运行工况的整车动力匹配正向开发方法。以标载运输牵引车为研究对象, 通过分析整车实际运行工况特征,构建其细分市场的典型工况路谱,同步正向论证并确定动 力系统的关键参数,包括发动机排量、峰值扭矩、额定功率及传动速比等。借助仿真软件搭 建整车动力学仿真模型,从整车油耗、动力性等关键性能维度,对不同动力总成匹配方案开 展正向论证,最终给出标载运输细分市场的最优动力配置解决方案。经市场运营车辆持续跟 踪验证,采用大马力+小速比配置的目标车辆,较同路线其他车辆百公里油耗降低 1.89 L,单 车年碳排放量减少 5.34 t,节能减排效果显著。
