Abstract: With the continuous development of energy technology, the ownership number of new energy vehicle is constantly increasing. The airtightness testing can effectively ensure the sealing performance of the vehicle body, improve the safety and service life of the vehicle, while reducing the impact of noise on driving and improving driving and riding comfort. According to the requirements of airtightness testing technology, this paper elaborates on the content such as the testing equipment, environmental control, testing principles, and testing processes of pressure difference method and water tank testing method, and discusses the advantages, disadvantages, and applicable status of the two testing methods. Through airtightness testing, the airtightness status of the vehicle can be effectively determined, and airtightness problems can be solved. By conducting airtightness testing on new energy vehicle, technical support is provided for quality control and standardization of new energy vehicle, promoting their sustainable development and progress.

摘要: 随着能源技术的不断发展,新能源汽车保有量不断增大。气密性检测试验能够有效确 保车体的密封性能,提升车辆的安全性和使用寿命,同时减少噪声对于驾驶的影响,提高驾 乘舒适性。文章根据气密性检测技术要求,阐述压差法和水池检测法的检测设备、环境控制、 试验原理、试验过程等方面内容,同时讨论两种试验方法的优缺点及适用状态。通过气密性 试验能有效确定汽车的气密性状态,解决气密性问题。通过对新能源汽车开展气密性试验, 为新能源汽车质量控制和标准化提供技术支持,推动其持续发展与进步。
