Abstract: Nowadays, as the core component of computer numerical control machining center equipment, the tool changing mechanism poses higher requirements for the skill levels of professional management and maintenance personnel in terms of ensuring its stable operation and rapid recovery after a failure. Firstly, this paper thoroughly analyzes the operation principle of the tool changing mechanism of the SW (BA722) double spindle horizontal machining center.Then,it systematically sorts out common fault types, deeply analyzes the causes of faults in combination with actual cases, and finally proposes targeted and scientific maintenance methods and preventive measures. The repair of tool changing faults is not only a technical maintenance process, but also a comprehensive optimization of production guarantee, cost control, and safety management through a systematic approach, which is of great significance for the sustainable and stable operation of the manufacturing industry.

摘要: 当今,换刀机构作为数控加工中心类设备的核心部件,如何保证其稳定运行及故障后 快速恢复,对专业管理维修人员技能水平提出了更高的要求。文章通过由表及里的方法,首 先深入剖析了 SW(BA722)双主轴卧式加工中心换刀机构的工作原理,然后系统梳理了常见 故障类型,并结合实际案例深入分析故障成因,最终提出了针对性、科学性的维修方法与预 防措施。换刀故障的维修不仅是技术维修过程,更通过系统化方法实现生产保障、成本控制 和安全管理的综合优化,对制造业的持续稳定运行具有重要的意义。
