Abstract: The automotive shock absorber is one of the core components of the vehicle suspension system, and how to design a highly reliable shock absorber with the aid of digital simulation technology is of great significance. This paper addresses the problem of cracking in the front shock absorber bracket of a test vehicle. Through strength and durability simulation analyses on the failed front shock absorber bracket, the causes of component failure are explored. Additionally, fault reproduction and structural simulation optimization are conducted, providing an effective method for failure analysis of such components in test vehicles. The results of structural optimization show that the fatigue life of the strengthened shock absorber bracket has increased by 87 times, significantly enhancing the design reliability of this component. Furthermore, it has successfully passed the road test.

摘要: 汽车减振器是汽车悬架系统的核心组成部件之一,如何借助数字仿真技术设计出高可 靠性的减振器至关重要。文章针对某试验样车出现的前减振器支架开裂问题,通过对失效的 前减振器支架开展强度及耐久仿真分析,探究零件失效原因,并进行故障复现及结构仿真优 化,为试验车此类部件的失效分析提供了一种有效方法。结构优化结果显示,加强后的减振 器支架疲劳寿命提升了 87 倍,显著提高了该零件设计的可靠性,且最终顺利通过路试试验。
