Microcosmic Teaching Design of Disassembly and Assembly of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Course Based on Work Process

基于工作过程的永磁同步电机拆装课程 微观教学设计

Abstract: At present, there is a situation of "three highs and three difficulties" in the actual teaching of new energy vehicle majors in vocational colleges, which cannot achieve the expected teaching goals. This article explores the integrated teaching mode of theory, reality, and virtuality, based on the action oriented six step macro teaching method, using task driven method, brainstorming method, group cooperation method, and other to enrich teaching links and promote students to master professional core skills. Taking Disassembly and Assembly of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor course as an example for classroom practice. Through a survey questionnaire method, it is found that students have a high overall satisfaction with the integrated teaching mode of theory,virtuality, and reality. The application of virtual reality (VR) technology reduces the difficulty of complex principle knowledge, increases the safety factor of practical training, and can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning.

摘要: 目前,在中职院校新能源汽车专业实际授课中存在“三高三难”的现状,达不到预期 的教学目标。文章探索了理虚实一体化教学模式,以行动导向六步宏观教学方法为依据,采 用任务驱动法、头脑风暴法、小组合作法等丰富教学环节,促进学生掌握专业核心技能。并 以永磁同步电机拆装课程为例进行课堂实践,通过问卷调查法得出,学生对理虚实一体化教 学模式的总体满意度较高,虚拟现实(VR)技术的应用降低了复杂原理知识的难度,增加了 实训的安全系数,能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣。
