基于“5P”教学模式提升教学效果的策略研究 ——以新能源汽车高压安全防护与应急处理课程为例

Abstract: This paper addresses issues in the teaching of specialized courses in higher vocational education, such as the lack of diverse teaching models, low alignment of ideological and political elements with teaching content, single skill training strategies, and incomplete teaching evaluation mechanisms. Using the course High Voltage Safety Protection and Emergency Handling of New Energy Vehicles as an example, corresponding solutions are proposed. By aligning the learning process with the workflow of new energy vehicle testing and maintenance through an innovative "5P" teaching model, integrating ideological and political elements that match the teaching content and establishing an ideological and political matrix, designing four advanced training methods, and constructing a "Four-in-One" evaluation mechanism, these strategies effectively stimulate students' enthusiasm for skill training and promote a spiral improvement in their skill levels. Practice has shown that students can apply the skills they have learned and serve society practically, leading to a significant enhancement in teaching effectiveness.

摘要: 针对高等职业教育专业课程教学中存在的教学模式单一、思政元素与教学内容契合度 不高、技能训练策略单一、教学评价机制不完善等问题,以新能源汽车高压安全防护与应急 处理课程为例,提出相应的解决方法。通过将学习过程对接新能源汽车检测与维修岗位工作 流程创新“5P”教学模式,整合与教学内容吻合的思政元素并搭建思政矩阵,设计四种进阶 训练方法,构建“四化一体”评价机制等策略,有效激发学生技能训练的热情,促使学生技 能水平螺旋式提升。实践证明,学生能够将所学技能得以应用,脚踏实地服务社会,教学效 果显著提升。
