Abstract: Innovation studio is an important means to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied undergraduate colleges. Firstly, the paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of the training of "innovation and entrepreneurship" ability of automotive major, and elaborates the connotation of the innovation studio and the role of the innovation studio model in the education of "innovation and entrepreneurship". On this basis, the paper puts forward the "innovation and entrepreneurship" ability training path for automotive students in studio mode, adopts the corporate operation mechanism and management mode in studio management, and builds an "advanced" talent training system that conforms to the training objectives and specifica-tions of automotive professionals in universities. At the same time, a practical exploration is carried out in the innovation studio of automotive major in an application-oriented undergraduate college in Jiangxi province. Through practical tests, the "advanced" training path under this model can effectively improve students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability.

摘要: 创新工作室作为应用型本科院校开展创新创业教育的重要手段。文章首先对汽车专业 “双创”能力培养的必要性和存在的问题进行分析,详细阐述了创新工作室的内涵以及创新 工作室模式对“双创”教育的作用。在此基础上提出工作室模式汽车学生“双创”能力培养 路径,工作室管理上采用公司化运作机制和管理模式,并构建符合高校汽车专业人才培养目 标以及人才培养规格的“进阶式”人才培养体系。同时,在江西某应用型本科院校汽车专业 创新工作室进行了实践探索,经过实践检验,在该模式下采用“进阶式”培养路径可以有效 提升学生创新创业能力。
