Abstract: Aiming at the non-standard design of straight and inclined ladders for equipment in industrial workshops, where there are inconsistencies in the terms of multiple standards, a large amount of workload in drawing modification, and a low reuse rate of drawings, the article proposes a solution based on the mandatory national standards, with reference to the recommended standards and international standards for the standardization of the structure and the construction of the parameter-driven model of the ladder type. This solution unifies the design style, ensures the correctness of the equipment structure, and improves the design efficiency and the convenience of modification.

摘要: 针对工业车间内的设备直梯、斜梯在非标设计中存在多个标准条款不一致、图纸修改 工作量大、图纸复用率低等问题,文章提出以强制国标为基础,参考推荐标准、国际标准进 行结构标准化,并分梯型构建参数驱动模型的解决方案。该方案统一设计风格,保证了设备 结构正确性,进而提高了设计效率和修改便捷性。
