Abstract: Nowadays, cars are not just a means of transportation, but a comprehensive product that integrates comfort, safety, and functionality. The chassis and upper body of a car are complex systems directly related to consumers. Product quality, performance, and configuration directly affect consumers' feelings. Faced with unsatisfactory parts of the car, consumers often modify the entire vehicle according to their subjective needs during the use of the car. Therefore, the research on chassis and upper body rectification technology is of great significance. This article elaborates on the importance, principles, and precautions of chassis and upper body rectification technology, and takes the modification of the frame, the technical requirements of the subframe, and the connection between the subframe longitudinal beam and the chassis frame longitudinal beam as examples to explain the application of chassis and upper body rectification technology in cars, providing reference for car modification.

摘要: 当前汽车已不仅仅是一种交通工具,而是集舒适性、安全性、功能性于一体的的综合 产品。汽车底盘和上装是与消费者直接相关的复杂系统,产品质量、性能及配置直接影响消 费者感受,面对汽车的不满意部分,在用车过程中消费者根据主观需求常常对整车进行改装, 因而底盘和上装整改技术研究具有重要意义。文章详述了底盘和上装整改技术的重要性、整 改原则和注意事项,并以车架的改装、副车架技术要求、副车架纵梁与底盘车架纵梁的连接 为例,阐述了底盘和上装整改技术在汽车上的应用,为汽车改装提供参考。
